RESEARCH RESOURCES FOR KIDS

Are you wanting to teach the students proper ways to search for topics on the World Wide Web? Here are a few great sites that will help.  Click the blue text for the link.

Michael's Internet Finding Tips is a great tutorial to use. 

Kidsclick Worlds of Web Searching looks like it is for the younger children, but it is quite involved. Each linked page is very informative for children and adults.

KidsWorld is divided into curricular topics such as Government, Animals, Math, and Geography just to name a few.

Little Explorer's is a dictionary for early Primary and the child clicks on a letter of the alphabet to look for specific words.

KidsConnect is an Internet gateway created and maintained by educators.

Fact Monster is another site that looks great for young children.
